This page contains information about the Domestic Relations Committee of the Indiana Supreme Court. The DRC is responsible for writing and submitting to the Supreme Court the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines and the Indiana Child Support Guidelines.
The DRC completed revisions on the Indiana Child Support Guidelines in 2009 which went into effect in 2010. During 2011 the DRC will continue taking public input and making revisions to the Indiana Parenting Time Guidelines begun in 2010.
