It is important that when contacting your legislators that you follow some simple guidelines for effectively communicating your message and getting your message heard. These pages contain information about how to approach your legislators in person, via phone or by mail. The most difficult message to get to your legislator is the written one as all correspondence passes through a legislative aide first.
