Faith’s Law – Parental Notification that Child is a Crime Victim


Faith’s Law

Provides that a law enforcement agency is to notify a child’s parent, guardian or custodian when a report is made naming the child as a victim of a crime. Also requires that a victims rights notice be provided to the parent, guardian or custodian.
